Li Ahh and Li Ohm grow up motherless. They are neglected by their father Sui, a workaholic who spends the bulk of his time mending broken mannequins in his workshop. While he shuts himself out from the world, the two brothers roam the streets, get into fights and other troubles in school but for all they want is just love and to be loved.
I’ve seen the making of this movie last December. It’s a fun film to watch. I like the scene when a guy sing in the mannequins workshop. LOL. The director of this short film Liew Seng Tat’s, double win of the New Currents Award and the KNN Audience Award at PIFF with Flower in the Pocket tends to overshadow the substantial Malaysian presence there this year. So, better watch this before it’s too late. =]
